Meet Neil! 

Neil joined the industry in 1997 during his college years, initially taking on a temporary role, but has since stayed for 27 years. He brings a positive outlook and genuine respect for others to his work, starting as a laborer and advancing to General Manager. Neil is now poised to assume the role of General Manager at Gavco Materials, supervising our 3 concrete plants with a dedicated team. He intends to utilize his vast experience to provide exceptional services and products to clients. In this capacity, Neil oversees strategic expansion, growth, and policy execution to meet company objectives. Despite his hectic agenda, he cherishes spending time with his family and holds degrees in Liberal Arts from Penn State, Secondary Education from California University of Pa.

Meet Brett! 

Brett joined his family's concrete business right after graduating from Frazier High School in 1993, gaining valuable knowledge about the industry. He obtained his CDL license the same year and began driving concrete mixers, gradually learning all aspects of the business such as dispatch, batch operation, yard management, and material sourcing for over 30 years. Brett is now set to become the Operations Manager at Gavco Materials, overseeing our 3 concrete plants with a dedicated team. He aims to leverage his extensive experience to deliver top-notch services and products to customers. In his leisure time, Brett enjoys hunting, golfing, and spending quality time with family and friends.
